![]() 2. Change to a #10 blade and clip the anal area, genitalia, pads of the feet, arm pits and between the back legs. . ![]() ![]() 3. Change to a #7F blade for the body. Starting in front of the base of the tail, clip against the hair growth moving the clipper from the base of the tail to the back skull of the head. Move down one side of body going from the back of the back legs to the front of the dog. Using the blue color of the coat as your guide, clip all blue hair with your #7F blade going to the hock on the rear leg and the elbow on the front leg. . ![]() ![]() ![]() 4. Turn the dog around and do the other side as above. . 5. Move the dog to face you and with your free hand bring the dog into a standing position by holding his front legs with that free hand. Clip the hair on the stomach, removing all hair not clipped when you were doing the sides.
6. With the dog standing on all fours facing you, lift one front leg with your free hand and clip between the front legs and up the neck to the throat. . ![]() 7. Repeat with other front leg. . 8. At this time all the blue coat should be clipped. Except the tail. That is a personal preference. You can clip the tail the same length as the body, scissor it shorter, or leave it long. . 9. Again, working from the back to the front, scissor the feet on both back legs and trim any long hair touching the floor to floor length. . 10. Scissor the front feet, and trim
any long hair touching the floor to floor length.
