TOP Winning Yorkshire
Terrier Owner Handled and TOP Winning Yorkshire Terrier Best of Opposite Sex Owner Handled
To qualiify the dogs must be:
1. Handled for the entire year only by the owner(s) named on the
AKC Registration.
2. All owners and co-owners must beYTCA Members.
3. Ownership of the dog may not change in any way during the
year.

Dear Fellow Members:
Any members who apply for awards
for 2004 and beyond, please note these changes. The closing date for
awards application in now January 10th of each year. Effective 2004 Top winning
Yorkshire Terrier and Best Opposite will be calculated on the calendar year,
January Thru December. Effective 2004, Top Winning Obedience and Agility
Dogs will be calculated November 2003 thru December 2004. . Starting in 2005 they will follow
the calendar year, January thru December. All other awards will remain
calculated with the AKC Awards publication, January thru December issues.
Please use the new application and make sure to send it to
Jennie Wright. I'll be happy to answer any questions or help with verification if needed. All
results remain confidential until the Awards dinner in New York. I cannot divulge
ties or wins or losses in awards before the New York Dinner.
